All Things Signed & Stamped Client Needs
Identification Requirements
All signers must appear in person at the time of notarization and present a valid (unexpired) government-issued photo ID.
The ID must include:

A photograph

The signer’s signature
-
A physical description
-
An identifying number
Acceptable Forms of Identification Include:

Driver’s license or state-issued non-driver identification card
-
U.S. passport
-
Foreign passport stamped by USCIS
-
U.S. military ID (active duty personnel, retirees, and dependents)
-
USCIS-issued identification (e.g., Permanent Resident Card)
